Your Contract with Perfect Travel Partners:
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with Perfect Travel Partners, whether through by phone, email, in person or any other type of communication. A binding contract is formed between you and Perfect Travel Partners once we have accepted your booking.
If you book individual travel services (e.g., flights, accommodation, transfers, insurance) with us, we act as an agent for the relevant suppliers, and their own terms and conditions will also apply.
For package holidays, your contract is with Perfect Travel Partners, and the terms specific to package travel are outlined in the Section of Package Holidays.
We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our sole discretion. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you within 24 hours of your booking, provided your travel has not yet commenced, and offer you the choice to proceed or cancel with a full refund.
Booking and Payment:
In most cases, full payment is required at the time of booking. In some instances, we may accept a deposit to hold the booking, and we will inform you of the balance due date.
Payment can be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods we may offer. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for certain payment methods to cover any handling costs that we or our suppliers may incur.
If paying with a third-party credit card, we will require the cardholder to either call us to input their PIN or provide written authorization along with proof of their identity (e.g., copy of the card, recent statement).
All services are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular travel product or service.
We do not charge any surcharge on credit or debit card payments except American Express. (Note: For American Express card payment 2% surcharges are applicable.)
Cancellations and Changes:
All Packages, Holidays and Flights are generally non-refundable / non-changeable even under the Force Majeure Act and other unforeseeable circumstances.
Hotel-only bookings are also generally non-refundable, please enquire before booking your accommodation with us.
If you need to change or cancel your booking, fees may apply depending on the supplier's terms and conditions. We will advise you of any applicable charges.
For flight-only bookings where we have issued the ticket on the same day, our contract with you is considered fulfilled, and you have a direct contract with the airline. Any changes or cancellations will be subject to the airline's policies.
If we need to cancel or significantly change your travel arrangements, we will offer you the choice of an alternative booking or a full refund.
We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of at least £25 for processing changes and cancellations, in addition to any supplier-imposed fees.
Financial Protection:
Our Financial Protection (Travel Bond) covers your travel where applicable.
Balance / Payments:
Balances are normally due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Deposits are non-refundable if the balance isn't paid on time. We reserve the right to charge you late payment fees or charges if your outstanding payment balance is not settled within our specified time period.
Package Holidays:
If you book a package holiday with Perfect Travel Partners, your contract is with us, and the terms in this section apply.
We provide package or holiday recommendations. We offer descriptions of the available accommodations and locations, but you are responsible for selecting the most suitable options for your needs.
All pre-payable local taxes are included in the package price, but some cities may charge additional local hotel taxes that can only be paid locally.
Images and information about the properties are provided to give a general impression, but we cannot guarantee their accuracy, as we obtain this data from our suppliers.
If you wish to amend or cancel your package holiday, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any applicable fees. We strongly recommend that you purchase appropriate travel insurance to cover such situations.
In the event of major changes to your package holiday by us or our suppliers, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to accept the new arrangements, book an alternative package, or cancel with a full refund (less a £25 administration fee).
Flights:
Flight times and schedules are provisional and may be subject to change by the airline. You are responsible for reconfirming your return journey within 48 hours of departure, as required by all airlines.
Many airlines now use ticketless systems, so you should ensure you have your flight reference number for check-in. Some low-cost carriers require you to print your boarding pass at home.
Seat availability and pricing are at the airline's discretion and subject to change. We will contact you if your chosen flight is not available and offer alternatives, which may include changing airlines, routes, or a partial / full refund.
Airlines may charge additional fees for services such as checked baggage, preferred seating, and in-flight amenities. These charges are not included in the ticket price and must be paid separately.
If you need to change your flight booking, the airline's terms and conditions will apply, and we may charge an administrative fee in addition to any supplier-imposed fees.
In the event of schedule changes or flight cancellations by the airline, we will assist you in rebooking or obtaining a refund, but any compensation claims must be directed to the airline.
Visas, Passports and Health Requirements:
It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your party hold valid passports and obtain any necessary visas or other travel documents for your destination and any intermediate stops.
We cannot be held responsible for any issues or additional costs arising from your failure to comply with passport, visa, or other entry requirements.
We recommend that you consult your doctor or a travel health professional regarding any health requirements or recommendations for your destination.
It is also your responsibility to check with the relevant Embassies or Consulates for Passport Validity. For more Information, please visit the Foreign Travel Advice website: https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice.
Pre-Travel Advice:
It is your responsibility to check for any Pre-Travel Advice issued for your desired destination by the Foreign and Commonwealth Travel Aware Body and we accept no responsibility for this. Please check https://travelaware.campaign.gov.uk/ prior to travelling.
The Foreign and Commonwealth Travel Advice Unit may have issued information about your holiday destination. You are advised to check whether or not such information has been issued on the Internet under the address https://travelaware.campaign.gov.uk/ prior to travelling. It is your responsibility to check any advice issued by the Foreign and Commonwealth Travel Advice Unit and we accept no responsibility for this.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly advise that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover you for situations that may require you to cancel or change your travel arrangements.
Travel insurance is not included in the price of your booking, and you are responsible for arranging your own coverage.
If needed, we can book your travel insurance at an additional cost.
Travel documents:
We advise you to have your travel documents ready and checked two weeks prior to your departure. We normally send the documents out at the time of booking where balance has been paid in full. If you have any concern and haven't received your travel documents, please contact us.
Mistakes / Accuracy:
It is your responsibility to check for any booking errors or mistakes for all products offered including pricing, booking confirmations, dates, invoices etc. Given the high volume of flights, hotels and other products offered or booked, it is inevitable that, in exceptional cases, mistakes may arise. We do not accept liability for these errors.
Booking Choices:
We advise and offer our clients as much choice and options available based on their travel preference (Destination, budget, requisites and flight / hotel availability). It is your responsibility to check and compare the Hotel, Airline, Holiday, Location of Hotel, Reviews, Price etc. before booking with us.
Pricing:
Prices are only guaranteed at the time of booking. You are responsible to check the pricing and all other details of your chosen travel arrangements with us at the time of your booking.
Should prices decrease after we have made the booking, customers are not eligible to request for a price match, discount or refund. Prices at the time of booking are final.
Disputes and Complaints:
We ensure that your holiday arrangements run smoothly but if any issue or problem arises, please do get in touch with us ASAP and we shall try our best to resolve these issues.
If you have a complaint about your Airline, Hotel, Transfers etc, you should first raise the issue with them while you are on your trip.
If the matter cannot be resolved with the supplier, you should contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
If you decide to complaint after you have returned from your trip /holiday, you must send us a formal email of your complaint within 7 days, stating your booking reference and all other relevant information and issues. We may take up to 28 days to resolve your complaint and in some cases it may take longer.
Our decision will be final and non-negotiable once we have decided on an outcome of your complaint.
Any further disputes arising from your booking will be governed by UK law and handled in the UK courts.
General Provisions:
We reserve the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The current version will be displayed on our website.
These terms and conditions form a contract between you and Perfect Travel Partners, which is governed by English law.
